MAIN OFFICE HOURS:
Monday - Friday:  7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Saturday (sick visits only):  8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

MAIN OFFICE EXTENDED OFFICE HOURS:
Sunday:  6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. (sick visits only)
Monday - Thursday:  5:45 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. (sick visits only)

EAST OFFICE HOURS (NO EXTENDED OFFICE HOURS):
Monday - Thursday:  8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Call the regular office number, (334) 794-8656, for emergencies, appointments, insurance and billing information, or business inquires.  If you wish to schedule an appointment, our receptionist will offer you a choice of available times.  It is not necessary to speak with a nurse before scheduling an appointment.

MEDICAL INFORMATION LINE:
We have implemented a medical information line, which will be answered directly by a nurse.  The number is (334) 793-3554.  This line should be used Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.  To maximize patient access, our nurses are instructed to make brief recommendations and limit the duration of calls.  We advise appointments for time consuming problems and problems requiring antibiotics. 

The nurse may recommend an over the counter medicine.  Prescription medications are called in only during regular office hours.The medical information line is to be used to aid in the care of your child, not to replace physician care. 

There is also a direct phone line for our lab (334) 794-3352.  Please use this Number for any information pertaining to your child’s lab work.
